Shipping
Shipping to the UK is posted by Royal Mail 1st Class at a flat rate of £1.50.
Shipping to the UK can also be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded at a flat rate of £2.00.
Shipping to Europe is posted by Royal Mail Airmail at a flat rate of £1.80.
Shipping to the Rest of the world is posted by Royal Mail Airmail at a flat rate of £2.50.
All orders that are posted same day need to be placed before 2.00pm. Any orders placed after 2.00pm will be posted next working day.
Free Shipping
If you spend over £10 and you live in the UK and you choose 1st class shipping your shipping will be free.
If you spend over £15 and you live in the UK and you choose 1st class Recrorded your shipping will be free.
If you spend over £20 and you live in Europe your shipping will be free.
If you spend over £25 and you do not live in the UK or Europe your shipping will be free.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from JnBits. However if you are not, please be aware that you have the right to return your order please read Conditions of Use for more information.
If you would like to return your order for some reason please contact us on sales@jnbits.co.uk.
You have the right to return your order within 7 days of you receiving your order if it is more than 7 days you will not be allowed to return your order.
To be able to get a refund for your order please could you email us when you receive your order.
If you do decide to return your goods, the goods have to be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. So you can not paint them in any way or put glue on them. If there is glue or paint on them when you return them to us you will not be refunded.
You will have to pay for the postage to send the items back to us. |
